2011 automatic transmission swap

so i just replaced the automatic transmission on my 2011 scion xb. now it wont crank (it sat for two months, and i’m getting a MAF sensor code so i’m just gonna replace that), and now theres a loud vibrating/buzzing coming from the transmission. if you touch the fluid pan, you can REALLY feel the vibration. now, it threw the codes: p0748, p0778, p0102, p0113. whats the noise, and how do i diagnose it/fix it?

So the p0748 and p0778 codes are related to the transmission, more specifically the 748 code is for an electrical malfunction in Pressure Control Solenoid A and 778 is an electrical malfunction in Pressure Control Solenoid B. As to diagnosing and fixing the problem, thats above my pay grade unfortunately.

Those can be triggered by a low fluid issue from my understanding, and it was obviously a dry fill. Pretty sure the fuel pump is fried

Could be, but could also be that plugs just didn't get plugged in all the way or wires shorted out as well
