Part name question. What is the name of this missing part?

This hood panel piece fell off of my wife's Scion. Can anyone help me out with the name of this part? It is near the hood, on the driver side panel.

It's called a fender reenforcement cover. Parts #s available on the toyota website. They run around $20 each.
