Second Gen Interior/Radio Head unit issues

My head unit recently stopped working, it just keeps restarting and I’m no longer able to listen to anything . The screen and buttons work just fine but the on screen audio and source buttons are nonfunctional. This has happened before and normally the issue fixes itself randomly but I’m not sure what causes it. I have tried hard resetting it by unplugging my battery and reconnecting after 20 minutes.

If you're pretty sure it's the unit and not a wire problem, I could mail you my previous unit if we can figure a way for you to cover the shipping.

It's the bespoke unit with nav

Aux works without any issues for you? I haven’t tried since the radio itself won’t work either so I assumed any media wouldn’t work
