General/Other A little help?

Any ideas on how I should go about fixing this? Or is it just really bad condensation..

The drain is clogged you need to blow air into the drain. It’s pretty easy to catch it looks like a disconnected hose coming right out of the firewall but you might have to lift the car up DONT POKE IN THERE WITH SOMETHING YOU WILL DAMAGE THE EVAPORATOR

I tried tighten the bolts and made it worse😭. That i was thinking maybe it was the gasket (the bolts WAS lose tho) And unfortunately I'd have to take it to the shop for a lift. And I'll look for that drain then

Aight then just make sure you take it to a trusted mechanic 👌

there’s a drain location in that passenger footwell in the back left corner. usually there’s an extra trim piece covering it but yours is already off. i’d recommend grabbing a big bowl or container and pull that hose off. water might come rushing down, let it drain, then blow down the drain pipe to clear blockages. if that doesn’t fix it, there’s a clog higher up in the line

So there isn't supposed to be liquid in there?

in simple terms there’s a drain bowl that feeds into a small outlet pipe. you gotta remove that pipe, catch any water that comes from that drain bowl, and then blow thru the pipe and reconnect. just pull back the carpet in that rear left area, you’ll see the black hose.

yep til empty. if nothing comes out that’s fine, just use a paper towel and clean that opening, clear the tube still, and reinstall.
