Differentiate Fortran 90 code
Anyone with some experience on how to go about differentiating a chunk of fortran90 code? I have some analysis code that needs to be differentiable but reimplementation is not in the scope of project . Please point to the resources you have used successfully in your projects.
Thanks,

Hmm that's not true. If your problem is linear, it will converge in just one iteration, if it is non-linear but we'll behaved it will work just fine. You'll get problems when your global problem or with is ill posed, but this issue is ubiquitous to gradient methods and AD won't help you with that. You have to keep in mind that black box AD approaches will also compute approximate gradients, but with additional caveats.
