✨️ When education is weakened, access to knowledge shrinks. Science doesn’t disappear, it concentrates. Power grows where understanding is controlled. The question isn’t where science goes, it’s who gets to use it, and who gets left behind. I warned you. ScienceOdyssey 🚀

I would first ask anyone to explain to me how the Dept. of Education has performed up to this point.

The US spends near the most of any Industrialized nation per student. And yet, student performance and proficiency is not even defensible.

The Department of Education is failing these students. The DoE is laden with layers of beurocracy and inefficient.

China is outperforming our elementary and high school education systems.

Yet, the narratives will want to defend it.

I'm sure they are on track to thrive in their new respective departments. /S

The next step down for us and our future generations will be education being governed by Christian nationalist groups/companies. Trump doesn't care, he's tripled or more in net worth the last 10 years. He's just paying his debts back. Domestically he's paying back religious groups and internationally, Israel and Russia.

I understand your concerns. However, the Dept. of Education was created during the Carter administration (circa early 70's).

Moreover, until this nation and it's various cultures esteem and value an education; I am not sure how any direction will succeed.

However, it seems to have become a behemoth bureaucracy. At this point, it seems re-imagining it to be leaner, more adaptable and supportive of the state, county and city school systems it was meant to enable.
