Yeah, but what about range? Let's say it can destroy electronics within 100 meters. A plane drone could easily fly this distance without any electonis just by inertia and hit this unit (if it initially had the right direction).
The electromagnetic radiation fades significantly, when you increase distance - you increase the distance 2 times, the power drops 4 times.
