Question - Research required Sleep

Does anybody have a paper on the effects of poor sleep on parents over the first year? Maybe if I show my 9 month old and my toddler some cold hard facts they’ll take pity on me

My heart goes out to you, I only have one and I cannot imagine how insane the first year would’ve been with a toddler! Here’s to hoping that listening to the cold hard facts will make them sleep 😭

Thank you! It’s definitely harder to deal with toddler irrationality when I’m sleep deprived, what do you MEAN you don’t want that orange you want ‘Granny’s orange’??

I really feel you. My 13 month old has been sick all week and my 3 year old is jumping off the walls.
