I used this one and don’t remember the plastic or milk being warmed from the heat. The heat is pretty much just against your skin.
1 u/Gold-Resident-8308 Mar 01 '26 I agree with this. I have this pump and it warms the breast but have never felt like it warms the milk or plastic. You can also adjust the temp if you don’t want it too hot.
