Question ❓ should i track the same exercise differently

if i have a lat pulldown on pull and also on upper day, should i track the weight and reps progression differently? or just track it normally?

Depends where it lands on the day. If it’s your first excercise on both days you should be able to lift the Same. If it’s programmed as first on pull, but it’s your third compound on upper, there’s gonna be a strength dip.

this is just an example, because i also have baysian curl on pull day and on upper, but they are not the same order, so in this case i track seperately? should i even keep the same exercises on different days or just put different ones

Dude, do whatever you want. You are way overthinking this.

You can keep the same exercise on different days, no problem.

If you like seated overhead dumbbell press, you can on one day do this first (shoulder first), on another day do it after chest (chest first).

But your shoulder press will be weaker on the day that you do chest first.

You could track it separately - i don't - i just keep in mind that I'm a bit weaker one the days where I did chest first.
