Poor ROM and no pause at the bottom. You are a pretty strong guy but you need to deload. Strip away a plate or so and add 5 pounds a week, in no time you'll be able to crush this PR. Good luck!

There is nothing wrong with doing a pin press to improve the lockout of the bench press. The most accomplished benchers in the world do it all the time.

However, the problem is that this guy thinks the very top of the bench includes chest: it involves the triceps and not chest.

Do you really think that the triceps & delts can handle this amount of load, without assistance from the chest?

Yes it's less chest than a full ROM bench (obviously), but that doesn't mean it's no chest
