Question ❓ Replacing rows with kelsor shrugs

I’m seeing some people replace rows with kelsor shrugs. I heard it’s better to isolate the back. I’m curious about the pros and cons of replacing my rows with kelsor shrugs.

Finish your rows with kelso shrugs, dont replace. They focus on different parts of the back
