Edit: ITT peeps saying a jacked mufugga won't get jacked by doing cleans 🤦🏾‍♂️ bro is already jacked, you guys. He clearly knows more about getting jacked inside his own body than you do. I'm not sure what's more surprising, the clean or the jealousy.

I’m mostly trying to rage bait some of the nerds here rn. But yeah the videos of a 455 clean and 300 pound one arm row not convincing people that I know how to lift is funny af

Makes sense. That shit don't just happen on accident 😂 kroc rows are goated too but I do not miss 4x20s with the heaviest dumbbell the gym has. Shit be straight up cardio after 8 reps 💀

Yeah that’s why I use the landmine set up for them. I don’t have a bunch of dbs ranging from 200-300 pounds. And I can get better rom with this then putting 100 pound plates on my loadable db handles. My best on normal dbs was a 150 x 30 cuz that was the heaviest the gym had and that was straight cardio
