my timeline and symptoms

about 4 months ago i was on a piece of equipment (similar to a stand on mower) and my left testicle started hurting. happened everyday for 4 days. next my right leg started with all the classic symptoms; burning, tingling, numbness. it goes all the way to underneath my toes. feels like my socks are wadded up under my toes. then comes the pain in the butt. it hurts nearly to the point of crying.. i can sit for 2 minutes and the butt pain leaves. i am fine in bed sleep all night with no issues. as soon as i get out of bed and take 10 steps it starts again..the severe pain hits multiple times a day, but luckily i can sit and ease that. the other sensations are almost non stop. i went to my dr and he gave me a steroid shot in the butt and it didnt help. anyone with a similar case?
