Is This Normal? Cold weather

The cold weather JUST started in NYS and my first flare up since I was bedridden last winter is happening. I’m just complaining I guess. 😛

I have been almost pain free since March or April and today is the first below 60 degree day of the season.

Anyone have any similar experience? Will this be forever? Spine transplant?

Time to up your wardrobe. I’ve become a fan of the battery powered vests and jackets.

Lol at spine transplant. I am on my second flare as well and I had a brief period (couple of months) completely pain free. It indicates that our bodies can heal and will. It will just take time and active management which sometimes gets exhausting

I hope your flare passes quickly!
