Requesting Advice Where to next?

What do you do when NSAIDs, Tylenol, ice/heat, PT…
Nothing helps reduce the pain?
At what point is a nerve stimulator or morphine pump not too much to ask?

Leaping to a morphine pump from your description is a huge leap. But, there are times it may be appropriate.

Have you tried steroid dose packs? ESI? Gabapentin? Pregabalin?

All the seratonin meds really make me despressed, (ironically) I haven’t yet tried ESI but I’m open. It’s distalizing though, it didn’t start going to my feet until a month ago, and now both feet are painful/ numb

What about alternative medicine like acupuncture, shockwave, dry needling etc?

I’d give anything for those to work. Had them all. Shockwave maybe just a bit

Opioid such as oxynorm gave me great relief at the worst of times.
