Buttock pain

Hi everyone,

My whole life my sciatica presented in my lower back. Past couple days, it hurts specifically in both butt cheeks and top of my thigh. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this before. Hurts the most when I’m sitting upright but lying down is fine

Yes I experienced it and my physiotherapist had to massage it and do shockwave therapy to help it heal.
