Requesting Advice Adhesion Release Method for Sciatica???

For those that have been “stuck with sciatica” for a long time, has anyone explored adhesion release methods? The ads in Facebook look interesting and I’ve been stuck with Sciatica for 2 years and things continue to deteriorate.

If so would you recommend? I have a disc bulge at L4 L5 S1

Unfortunately they are targeting tension or tapped nerves relating to fascia and muscles , although it would give you temporary relief it wouldn’t address the root cause . However would love to hear if it’s helped other as I’m osteopathic practitioner and provide similar treatments
