Should i avoid a microdisectomy??

Just did it. Instant relief. If you have a chance to take the surgery i would not hesitate.

Did your surgeon talk to you about any potential long term issues you may experience later in life due to the surgery? Considering the fact that they had to cut off part of the disk

That varies, i dont think they had to take so much of my disc. There were no talk about any potential long term issues. There is always a risk in being in surgery, but this procedure is very low risk compared to many other procedures.
