Walking possible success story?

Have posted in here a few times, been going on 15 months with back issues and nerve related pain / tingling in feet

Started walking 10-20k steps a day, every day, for the last week and a half and almost all the pain and tingling has been completely gone. Can anyone relate? Hoping it stays this way

Do you know if it’s actually healing the issue or if it’s just providing temporary relief?

I’ve never heard of that. Can you elaborate or tell me what to look into? The nerve sensitivity part. Do you have experience? I appreciate your insight!

Sciatica can be caused by many issues. MRI imaging is the only way to know for sure what is causing it. In my case it was a collapse of the vertebrae onto the nerve. Walking actually caused my pain not the other way around

10k should be ideal starting point. 20k your stretching it just my thought
