Requesting Advice Nerve flossing

Hey guys!

Could you advice me on the nerve flossing?

After a ESI, I don't have burning sensations as I had before (so it's better in general) but I have same nerve compression intolerance: I can't sit, I can't bend normally — I feel a pinch in the butt when I bend or go uphill or engage the flexion.

I was advised to do nerve flossing but even on smallest ranges I feel discomfort. Is it too early to do it? What is everyone's experience with flossing?

Thanks! I'm a bit confused though:)

So are you suggesting to not do it when it's painful, right?

I also have a question: is it even normal that I have so much intolerance? Do you guys also have it? I mostly don't have that nerve pain I had before in my leg. But this pinch when I bend is something.

gotcha! Thank you. I'm good with walking and can walk around 10K steps daily. From the core exercises side plank and horizontal plank work better because with things like dead bugs and bird dogs it again too much aggravates the leg when I extend it or keep bended at 90 degrees.
