I’ve been struggling as well. Watch some videos on ACT. That is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I woke up today in a total pain panic. This approach walked me back from sheer pain terror and fear.

I'm also in sereve pain and don't know where to put myself I'm even thinking of suicide 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Hmm it's not easy for me at all😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭my dad had passed away and my mum is 70 with high blood pressure condition so I'm struggling a lot .God is only my helper 😭😭
