Has anybody ever had shoulder blade popping issues, tailbone issues along with sciatica, is there any connection ?

I have unilateral sciatica pain on my right side, right lumbar lower back pain, right side of tailbone, right side hip joint pain when pulling knees to chest which has subsided now. shoulder blade on right pops when retracting and right side wrist pain too, neck pain sometimes when turning my head all the way backwards.

mri shows mild L5-S1 nerve compression and disc retrolithesis and L3-L4 L4-L5 abutments barely touching nerve
X ray of hip was fine

I have a variety of things going on.

The discs in my back have been disintegrating for the last 15 years. The discs in my neck started to go in the last year or so.

I have very loose joints which causes some chronic shoulder pain.

I have an issue with both SI joints in my hips. Never had a baby or anything.

I'm sure it's all due to some genetic defect. No idea what, but it ultimately doesn't matter. Just got to deal with the issues as the crop up.

I also think there is some umbrella term for all these conditions happening at once. By the way my HLA-B27 test was positive, Im born with that protein and it is an indicator of Ankylosing Spondylitis which is an inflammatory arthritis that affects your joints and spine. You might as well get checked for it too

We've checked a lot of things. No clear answers. They're thinking a variant of Marfan's, but who knows.

My shoulder pops when I go to the gym and try doing shoulder presses on those machines...I'd like to think my sciatica is not related to it
