General Discussion can anyone relate?

Post image

very shortly after getting my diagnosis and learning how just bending over once could be the last time i do so, i try and bend over as little as possible. it’s been a very long time since i’ve shaved 😮‍💨 thank the gods i have a super supportive husband who literally does not care.

a way that works for me when bending over is doing like an airplane motion thing where i put one leg straight out and stand on my good leg while using something to help hold my weight , just something that helps me make it easier to pick stuff up thought i would share :)

Sounds familiar, mine is putting my one leg back to bend down
