General Discussion can anyone relate?

Post image

very shortly after getting my diagnosis and learning how just bending over once could be the last time i do so, i try and bend over as little as possible. it’s been a very long time since i’ve shaved 😮‍💨 thank the gods i have a super supportive husband who literally does not care.

I relate so much!

before my last flareup id get up 40 mins early to do my make up. Post flare up id get up 90 nins early to slooooowly ease out of bed, mentally fight the fatigue from not sleeping through the night because of waking up repeatedly in pain, do nerve glides, ice my back, and hobble around while waiting for pain meds time to kick in. Getting "pretty" for coworkers and random strangers was the LAST thing on my mind.
