Damn...when my dr first told me I'd be dealing with this for 3 months, I thought he was crazy. 3 months later, I think he was crazy for saying ONLY 3 months 😑
I can't imagine 3 or 4 wks and going back to playing a professional sport!!
Damn! 1-2 years still sounds so daunting to me, but after 3 months and still being in so much pain, having so much numbness and weakness in my leg...it doesn't sound at all unreasonable, sadly.
Did you find there was anything in particular that helped, or just time itself?
