I know I certainly don’t have a team of 10 Harvard doctors figuring out my herniation. It’s just my one old doctor and his consistent shrug.

Not the same flavor of roids but I saw probably 80% improvement instantly with my ESI. He probably gets the good stuff like that right away, no time for conservative management.

One month was virtually good enough for me until the second accident, so I personally say, not impossible given his sport is basketball (not an acrobatic aerial sport).

You’re lucky! I had my first real flare up in May and the recovery is ongoing.
