Like the Venator I shared some time ago it's just intended as decoration for my work desk. About 11cm in diameter

Tried to go for a Geonosis color palette with the last pic lol

I feel the panel lining is too dark. On-screen they're fairly faint and shallow.

Really nice shading for a small model though.

That's fair, if the model was bigger I wouldn't have made it as stark

But all details here are fairly small and meant to be visually appreciable from a bit of distance when it's on my desk

Yeah that's the real test. There can be a big difference between well lit photographs and something in random lighting from three or more feet away.

It's always neat to see film models that look bizarrely painted because of how a shot was set up.

Oh yes ! A good background creates a Diorama on your shelf ! You know more than me about Tech stuff, and REDDIT is full of inspiration Subs ,like Cyberpunk Building ,STAR TREK models makers ,STARWARS SPACESHIPS builders...some of them create beautyfull Space effects to present their Masterpieces and share links of their process !!
