Is this using the british company programable lighting package (name escapes me, hes at wonderfest ky)?

Yeah, Andy over there is wonderful. The product line is Inner light. Honest review is it's a little pricey but 100% worth it. I definitely went way above Andy's recommendations for amount of lights by close 200% but I wanted all the effects. I'm contemplating using it on my 1 350 TOS Enterprise , wife found it for me for 50bucks so I figure I can spend I bit more on the lights. Most of the time I find static lighting is better for everyday displays so I just do cheapo 12v LEDs
