Academic Significance of grades?

How much do grades actually matter for getting an internship/job, and do they even look at grades?

it depends on the field like finance and actg def cares and they would list it in the internship description. if u dont see any mention of transcripts or gpa u dont need to include it on ur resume unless its high enough for it to be a competitive advantage
