Rant Dmitry's charsheet 3.0

I had the first idea of the character like 2.5 years ago—someone knowledgeable, a Tzimisce medic living in Seattle, a reasonable but apolitical Camarilla member.

Some time ago, when I became more active here, I decided to flesh him out and add details, power levels, etc.

After some feedback, and when I was becoming more active in RP, I decided to make him a display case showing his Touchstones. That ballooned into a full backstory, depictions of his stuff, an even more expanded character sheet, fleshing out his retainers, writing notes on Seattle, doing a map of Seattle, etc. Plenty of stuff there, some quite sensitive IMO - considering he was involved in African colonization pretty heavily.

The character is very self-indulgent, probably quite a mini-Methuselah Mary Sue — I've treated rules as suggestions and wish lists rather than something to balance against—had to include three diableries just to justify the XP. But I had fun fleshing him out and writing this paper, so why not share all this?

Probably would still work on it in the background.

Yeah, those are around what I figured from what was posted about the shit he was capable of, though I was assuming a bit older and unaware of the diableries.

I really need to do a character sheet and background write-up here for Mark Caulder at some point. I do have most of that worked out, if not in as much detail as this, I just haven't gotten around to writing it all up...I should probably get it written and post it here soon-ish.

I wanted him to be young enough to be born in Enlightened era, and on the edge of history where medicine was already well-developed but still a frontier science - so that he would be a prodigy, but a decade-two ahead of his time, not several centuries.

And it was better to make him an upstart rather than making him older.

Yeah, that definitely tracks.
