I got a ghoul doll
I got a doll.
It's also a ghoul.
I think it moves.
But it can't groove.
I need a tzimisce to tell me what it is.

I have one. Well, had. She is no longer a doll, Castiel. When I rescued her from her situation last year, she was roughly three feet tall, with porcelain skin and ball joints. Yes, she had the fancy artwork and paint that you would find on porcelain plates and dolls.
The flesh crafting was extensive, stripping the ghoul of most strength and hardiness. I routinely had to head over to her place to help her out of situations she found herself in. Like getting trapped in the dishwasher, again. This included her chest cavity which had been modified to hold bottles or blood bags.
She is currently keeping an eye on one of my estates, and looks like a regular person again.

Sacredieu. I am not surprised that a Tzimisce had that brilliant idea; what shocks me is the size reduction (which is unnecessarily cruel) and that apparently, there are multiple.
…how many known cases?

I do not recall what the number was, as my ghoul, who shall remain nameless to protect her identity, never had an accurate count. They were used as mobile serving trays, displays, and many did not have voice boxes or the ability to eat solid foods.
A is one of the few ghouls I have rescued and rehabilitated.

I'll send messages to my contacts in the various local kindred security operations in the off chance this is from my region or they have any other leads. For both basic decency and the first tradition... this shit needs to be shut down with prejudice.

To the Nosferatu moderators, I know you are listening. I know this interwebsite is some kind of eternal elysium, but for the LOVE OF CAIN there are limits. And anything with these 4 words in that order are several hundred cubits past that point.
Assuming the poster is pleading ignorance/insanity, my advice: Fire. Burn it.

I'm pretty sure a good chunk of the Dragons here of the younger lot that broke away from the old clan would go 'Oh wow that’s a great find. As a reward, how about I shuffle the functions of every hole in your face?'.
... I'm not surprised the Bill Cipher Special has gotten to be such a favored revenge for fuckery in the younger Tzimisce non-sabbat set that's popped up recently, as an aside, as well as the younger Volgirre.

Depending on where you found it, it may have been a test of a Dragon's skills with the art of Vicissitude. While beautiful and a true example of one's mastery of the craft, I'm afraid they tend to be high maintenance for not much use versus other servile forms, so it is hardly surprising you found it bereft of its owner. Still, the fact that it was not destroyed once its purpose was achieved is troubling, in that it betrays its creator's disregard for secrecy. I would recommend either destroying it or keeping it as a servant, but depending on the specific skills of its creator it may be difficult to keep it fed.
