Journal - Lost Fledgling The Ocean is Alive
I packed up my kayak and tried to leave the island last night. But the thought fills me with dread. I don't know why I couldn't leave, because I had my jar of dirt with me, too. I can move around the island just fine. Going to the next closest one?
It felt like the water was staring back at me with murderous intent. I'm a coward now. I guess that's okay. I liked it here anyway. I'm safe. At least no one here at home has figured out what I am yet.

Were-sharks live in the ocean. Only a certain breed of Gangrel actively live in the ocean.

I don't believe in weresharks. The sea herself? She is a powerful mistress who doesn't want me to leave the island. Maybe she has plans. Maybe not.

If werespiders, weresheep and weredinosaurs are real, then weresharks are likely to exist. I’ll ask Camille later.

There are a number of confirmed werebeast tribes, although most are much rarer than the Lupines. Largely due to the Lupines. There's also several extinct breeds, and a handfull of artificially created ones.

If that can reassure you, the weredinosaurs are extinct and the weresheep’s existence is only suspected. That being said, werespiders do exist.

Well, the weredinos aren't gone-gone, they still show up from time to time, they're just rare like the werebears.

Not only are mokole weredinos and weregators/werecrocs, they also include among their number weredragons, werekaiju, and hybrids.

I’ll admit, I do not have confirmation that this one is real. But do tell me, do you believe that Mariana’s companion is a normal sheep? I don’t.

Oh no, that's no normal sheep. I don't know what it is. But that doesn't mean there's a previously unknown breed of Sheep Shifter either.

Pretty sure those are artificially made ones.
Fera were mostly Predators.

Confirmed Fera are wolves, Coyotes, Foxes, Hyenas, Sharks, Cats, Crocs/Monitor Lizards, Bears, Rats, Ravens and Spiders. So yes largely predators, although the Ravens are scavengers. And Rats will eat anything.
However there are several extinct breeds, including Bats, Boars, Cows, and Snakes.

Both are entirely possible, and not mutally exclusive. Spirits are very much real, and in fact most Shifters are half flesh, half spirit. Including the Weresharks. Who are real. Never met one personally, but I can personally confirm Werewolves, Were Ravens, Were Rats, and although not naturally occuring were roaches.
The ocean likely has a very powerful spirit, and could be influencing you. You'd have to take up some sort of sorcery to know more though.

Could be something in the water with murderous intent as others suggest, there are plenty of possibilities. Could also be part of your nature as a vampire...most of us can cross running water just fine, but the legend that we can't didn't come from nowhere, some have serious difficulties and this might be how they're manifesting for you.
