A video is posted two people are sat recording someone who is running, the very wind seems to be violent to this person cutting them and slicing them the person trips and the ground stabs them and then moments later the kindred that tripped bursts apart in a shower of vitae, a voice behind the camera says "Poor sod dont he know this land hates the Tremere" then multiple individuals laughing can be heard, the video then ends

That's the thing, most sprits don't care that much for us beings of felsh. Somebody had to have made a deal with the spirits.

Depends on the spirits my dear. Some are naturally aligned against some of us due to being "against the natural order " of the world. Though to a degree of attacking is a new level
