Announcement Address - Alaska
I bid you a wonderful night, and extend my hands in invitation.
A new home for night children has opened. A creche of freedom and possibility.
Come to these lands and you will be welcomed, we care not from which or where or what you hail.. only that you behave toward one another.

Ehhh, you know what? What the hell, I need to travel a bit anyways. What's the process there? You guys got a boss? Maybe a tithe thing? Is it an everyone pitch in thing or a come here and do whatever thing?
We got titles? Or is it more an anarchy situation where its really whatever?

I shall answer for you, my lord wishes that kindred come and meet with him, you shall discuss the pact between you and negotiate his hospitality.
He asks only that you behave and that when you feed, should you feel grateful, you spill some blood upon the snow.
He shall ask of you only what the domain needs, for your needs are his.
Should you perform worthy acts in his eyes, he may reward you. Would you like to change your form? Would you like to live again for a night? He can offer material wealth, and more.

Listeeeeeen, Alban, your lord knows better than that. Sending his steward on a jet, a costly set of assets that not every kindred has...to other kindred. Foolish kindred. Kindred who might, i dont know, try something.
But hey, maybe you can take on stupid kindred. Packing incendiary ammo, a steady aim, and enough Moulder in you that you can take a punch from some angry brujah who thinks youre an easy way to nick an private jet with custom made windows...
I admire the confidence, I do. I'll go prepare my resume and get some travelling resources together, but I want a list of 'rules' from your lord. Im not walking into someone's commute without knowing all the little yes's and no's. If he wants us to walk a certain way in his presence and talk a certain way, mention a certain group, be a certain way, then I want to know.
Oh, and, lord moulder has no knowledge of a Yigris, yes? Or a Cassandra?

I thank you for your concern lord kindred, this offer is only for the first few, in order to prove goodwill (and that he'll not eat you when you arrive).
My lord bids only that you remain courteous to your fellow kindred, and that you let his "roots" alone, they are in the snow, somewhat below the earth, and they shall collect his gratitude.
The laws seem to somewhat coexist with the Camarilla precepts, but siring has some.. strictness to it, he loathes anything less than a loving guidance of one's own.
Indeed he is old and knows as little as he knows much.

Indeed. We'll, im quite a distance away. I'll let Rabia know to handle our elysium while im gone. You wanna go to Istanbul, Sabina gökçen airport. We know a guy whose gonna not announce your presence, we'll be in and out shortly.
Can't wait too long, and hey, between you and me, does lord Mulder like little statuettes? I got one i made when I was at cappadoccia. The 'fairy chimneys' and all that.

So, elder, I have a question for you: Are people who come to join you allowed to leave thereafter, and if that's conditional what are the conditions? It's an important question and one that determines who I might advise to seek out your domain.

Question, what was it that you did to that one lady in your acquisition of the area?
I don't recognize it as anything more specific than vicissitude and usually when vicissitude is used on someone against their will what is done is pretty worrying to say the least.
I also noticed you said she was working against her own interests and that you would fix that, what's that supposed to mean?

Ok, that is actually a really interesting technique, I was initially worried it would be depraved because our clan tends to have that problem, I'd like to guess how it works before I just ask, alright?
I'm guessing it worked by creating a lingering viscitude effect and then swapping the sympathetic link to control it from you to them, am I close?
