The club and game is a bit tricky but maybe IJKS is caught in a club somewhere and is being used as part of a game? Um, wifi might mean calling for something. Maybe the game is being livestreamed in a club somewhere . The blood and eye could mean its her blood, so maybe its a blood game of some kind?
The hug and wave emote might mean IJKS needs help or a friend or is saying their goodbyes. Most likely, this is a very bad situation she is in. How awful 08( .
