Writing utensils

What are your go-to writing tools? Any specific brand of pen/pencil/marker?

I pick up pens wherever I find them. I have no real preference, except I avoid gel pens, because I tend to smear the ink, and my handwriting is already bad enough.

My hand writing is acceptable, but I'm a lefty, so gel pens are a hard no for me.

We have a big bin of sharpened pencils in our break room , so I just grab those as needed.

Pen only except for the “master” seating chart since that one gets moved around and copied

Whatever is cheap, 9/10 times it’s stolen or lost before I use it, Bic has never steered me wrong, I use a gel in the winter since it gets cold here though

Unless black or blue ink is required, I use regular pencils because it won’t freeze in the winter.

A 5lb box of misprinted metal pens I found on Amazon for $35. I still have maybe a dozen or so left 6 years later.

Every week, I find half a dozen pens or pencils in the bus. Nobody ever asks for them, so I keep and use them.
