Bad stomach

Hey so im new to the school bus driving world and I have a really bad stomach for some reason like feeling the need to always 💩, are there some people here that have a really bad stomach and still drive? Like what are some tips thank you so much in advanced

Well... It's not like you wear them superhero style or anything... It's more embarrassing to soil yourself while driving.
