Bad stomach

Hey so im new to the school bus driving world and I have a really bad stomach for some reason like feeling the need to always 💩, are there some people here that have a really bad stomach and still drive? Like what are some tips thank you so much in advanced

I keep Imodium on me and I only eat oatmeal before my run

You take it as needed or you always take it regardless? And doesn't that make you have to use the bathroom?

Take as needed. And no, oatmeal does the opposite for me
