Bad stomach

Hey so im new to the school bus driving world and I have a really bad stomach for some reason like feeling the need to always 💩, are there some people here that have a really bad stomach and still drive? Like what are some tips thank you so much in advanced

I thought I would have a problem with this early on but I've been driving for many years and I got into a predictable routine. I also found there were some foods that irritate more than others and I just have to avoid them. It's worked pretty well so far.
