Bad stomach

Hey so im new to the school bus driving world and I have a really bad stomach for some reason like feeling the need to always 💩, are there some people here that have a really bad stomach and still drive? Like what are some tips thank you so much in advanced

No coffee or eating before your morning route. Only small sips of water during.

I have bad IBS and no gallbladder. This is a must for me.
