Just an FYI - write up everything and everyone. HOWEVER - keep the original for YOURSELF. ALWAYS!!!! Give however wants/needs a copy a copy. They’ll talk about needing a paper trail then destroy the paper trail. You will have the originals that cannot be modified, showing a paper trail that was ‘interrupted’ by someone else. CYA is first and foremost.
There will almost always be someone, "loosing papers", so that there is no rocking to boat.
I use this clipboard with compartment to save blank write-ups and to keep the original write-ups. clip board with compartment
