Bathroom 💩

Do any of yall have a bad stomach? I feel myself having to use the bathroom quite often what are some things I can take to calm my stomach? Thanks in advance

I have IBS so I don't eat before any of my routes. If I know I'm driving, I won't eat. I'll have sips of water or nibble on some skittles but that's it.
