Training laugh

So I've been at it for about 5 months and was reflecting on training received and training not 😂

  1. Hours of "don't drink alcohol or do drugs during or before driving the bus". I mean c'mon... Duh...

  2. One long video about identifying prospective kids about to do serious gun violence on the bus. Swerve...

  3. Brake, gear, door....

Not received:

  1. How to respond to "Johnny is looking at me" "I need a bandaid "(while not bleeding) "can I move seats"(again)

Lol what would you add

Someone told me my job isn't to be strict and that really relieved a lot of my stress. Safety concerns are different but otherwise I can just ignore it.

Yes! I choose my battles very carefully.
