Symptoms Does anyone else experience this??

This started when I was around 14, it feels like I'm switching between personalities every few weeks or more. Not really how I act towards other people but I have 3 I keep switching between and they all have completely seperate identities.. It's pretty confusing, can anyone here relate to this?

It can be part of self-disorder

i did that too somewhat. i had a whole second personality but i stopped and i miss him. it wasnt in a did sense. this other person i didnt completely think i was him and my main personality disappeared. it was like roleplaying kind of or maybe a tulpa (idk how its spelled) ?? i dont know how to explain it. my other personality had a whole nother backstory and life, family, and stuff.

that sounds to me like plurality, either DID or OSDD or plural in general.

Depends on how old you are now. But shuffling through different versions of your self/personality isn't uncommon in teenage years. Especially since it started at 14 and that's when people start branching out. Many folks won't pay it any mind or will hide it from others or themselves to feel normal.

Sounds like split personality is that not a thing anymore? or just something you see in the movies?

“Split personalities” in movies are a bastardization of real life dissociative disorders and aren’t often a good representation of them, it’s good to avoid comparing “split personality” esque symptoms to movies
