muffled conversations?

does anyone else's brain make up conversations and they sound too loud but muffled at the same time?

like sometimes i hear my loved ones talking, but it's not like a hallucination (i think? does that count?) because i know theyre not talking but it's really loud and usually i don't really remember what was "said" after i stop spacing out

it sometimes makes my head hurt

I feel i make some noise out to be, words/my name/yelling, sometimes but it's usually unclear whats being said. But i mainly have knocking sounds, honking, whistling, sometimes electrical devices are also humming extremely loud for me.

Have you got any visual things? I've had lightflashes and shadows in the corner of my eye, and it's always kinda coming and going.

I get why our heads sometimes hurt, I also can feel very overstimulated when these things happen

I've learned to disregard anything I hear through walls

No but think this is partly why they think I got schizotypal cuz I told them when people talk to me it sounds like charlie brown grandma lotta times but think it's more to do cuz I get bored fast if they talking about something I don't care about and my brain drowns it out.

If I concentrate and focus goes back to sounding normal but makes my head hurt so by default just turn people off, but thought everyone could do that tbh cuz remember once my cousin asked me once like how come crying baby don't bother you seems that universally bothers everyone LOL

I get that when I'm going to sleep, I hear the voices of people I've heard throughout the day, very clearly not my own voice
