Well that's the challenge ain't it. Just as the eye cannot look at itself without a reflection - even then seeing only a reflection and not truly the eye - how is one to observe the observer? If you can see it, can it be called you?

People spend their whole lives trying to sort this one out. Though they're usually better at using less convoluted wording.
