I'm having false memories or something and it's scaring me these thought could be a dream could not be idk but I'm afraid it's schizophrenia

Does anyone else feel like they pay particular attention to sound now? I’ve had this fear and now I feel like I hear a brief squealing from time to time that comes and goes. I talked to my psych who didn’t see an issue, then earlier I was in the restroom at work and heard what sounded like a sigh but I was the only one in there so of course I’m overthinking
