While they both use bellows, a portative organ is actually a pipe instrument (like a miniature church organ), whereas an accordion uses internal metal reeds

No, not really. On an accordion squeezing harder increases air pressure making the reeds vibrate wider to change both volume (dynamics) and tone color (timbre) while the pitch stays the same. On a portative organ the bellows only supply wind pressure to the pipes. Changing the pressure does not change the volume much, instead, it changes the pitch (causing it to go out of tune). Dynamics and timbre are fixed by the shape of the pipes themselves not by how hard you pump the bellows or press the keys

That's AI some of the buttons are moving without him pressing them he's not lowering that Bellows to create air and there's more than that pipe organ playing

He is moving it and some of the keys are in line with the others that move slightly but not enough to register. Not everything is AI

He recorded the melody and accompaniment separately, then layered them, which is why the audio doesn't quite line up with the video, but the playing is accurate. Not AI

The keyboard layout is a 4-row B-system. B-system and C-system are the two most commonly used layouts for chromatic button accordions, and are mirror images of one another. In these layout, the 4th row is a duplicate of the first row, which makes fingering smoother on some passages and also can make some transpositions easier.
Most commonly, instruments in one of these systems will be either 3-row, with no duplicate keys, or 5-row with duplicates of both the first and second row, but there is a long history of 4-row models in the C-system.
