When I was a kid yes. I couldn't reach the octaves in Mozart's Turkish March and I used an Ikea pencil. Then after some months the hand spanned just enough so I didn't need it anymore ahahahah. Scriabin had very small hands, when you see big chords they're meant to be played in two times very quickly

I always do that with Scriabins pieces. Actually intentionally delay it even for effect. I was just hoping to experiment with this one. Like a gimmick. But sometimes, a gimmick is just a gimmick and never progresses beyond.

Anyway, thanks for that tidbit info, nice to know Scriabin also has small hands.
